Preparing your order
Our published processing time is 1–2 business days. Weekends and public holidays can affect dispatch.

Delivery in Cyprus
Allow an estimated 1–3 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.

Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to withdraw.
Planning your delivery
Destinations. Checkout currently supports Cyprus and Greece. Enter your full delivery address to see the options available for your order. For another destination, contact us before ordering.
Delivery charges. Check the delivery method and total shown at checkout before placing your order. That is where you can confirm the shipping charge that applies to your basket and address.
Processing and timing. We process orders within 1–2 business days; orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. Our Cyprus delivery estimate is 1–3 business days after dispatch. If you are ordering for Greece or need a gift by a particular date, please check with us before ordering. Courier delays can affect estimates.
Order updates. Keep your order confirmation email: it contains the order number needed to check your order status. Contact us if an expected update or delivery has not arrived.

A clear way to get help.

Tell us
Email info@pureelixirs.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Send your notice within 14 days of delivery; you do not have to give a reason.

Arrange the return
Contact us for the complete return address and packing instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Asking for instructions does not delay or extend the legal deadlines.

Receive your refund
For withdrawal refunds, our policy is to reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Your withdrawal and refund rights
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. A clear email or other unequivocal statement sent before the deadline is sufficient; using a particular form is optional.
We reimburse the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method you chose are not reimbursed. We do not charge a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
You pay the direct return postage when you change your mind. Handle the goods only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by additional handling. Please pack returns carefully.
The statutory cancellation right has exceptions, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exception must be identified before purchase. An exception to cancellation does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging can help us understand what happened, where you can provide them. Please keep the packaging until we have advised you.
Return costs for defective goods are our responsibility. This is separate from a change-of-mind return. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected by this policy.
